Unknown Logo - any ideas?

I can't find what company to which this Logo belongs.  Any ideas?  It looks like a CMS to me, but  :think:.

Tried cropping it and using a google reverse lookup...no luck there.

CWS is a Swiss company. Maybe this was their pre-1958 logo?

I believe the Classic to be an earlier one as it appears to have an aluminum tipped tweezer.
