Not the best, just a cheapie 4" I have in my pocket at work. Comes in handy though for getting into things or tightening loose things and works better than the Surge pliers  :salute:

As promised, here are my two most used wrenches. The little one serves for more precise tasks, like replacing the car battery. The large one I use mainly for plumbing (just replacing fawcets).

Lol,
If you want a “wrench” for hammering then you have to go with something like this.. of course there’s also plumbing wrenches..

This one makes me happy and very sad.  This is a 6 inch Walworth Stillson pattern pipe wrench.  Unfortunately it is missing the adjustment nut. Approximately 75 years old.

Hey Prsantos, I noticed that big wrench of yours by Dexter is orange and black.  Does that mean it is a Bear Grylls wrench?

Like a few others, I prefer using a dedicated box or open-ended wrench, but it's hard to beat the versatility and convenience of an adjustable: they work on both metric, SAE, and Whitworth nuts and bolts.  :D

I've got a few different sizes, ranging from 4" to 15". While the box wrench reigns supreme in my garage or hobby room, it's the adjustable I have with me when walking or driving around. In my motorcycle tool kit I keep a few key box/open wrenches and specific sockets, but I also have an adjustable for the unexpected.

I find an 8" adjustable to be the most useful all-around size, but my favorite is probably this 4" Diamond Horseshoe adjustable. Slips easily into a bag or pocket and has proven useful in a number of situations when I don't have the right tool at hand. And it's often just quicker and easier to pull a 4" out of a bag or pocket for some small job. Paired with a multi, it's a versatile combination for EDC.  :tu:

Congrats Nix!  You won with 4 inches!  :D
