How do I access the group chat?

I browse on Tapatalk on my phone and twice now have received notifications informing me that someone has messaged me on this site's group chat. When I try to load the group chat on Tapatalk I get an eternally spinning loading wheel that never completes. Is there any way to access this group chat through my web browser so I can see the messages I have there?

We don't have a chat but there must be an option for it on Tapatalk ???

Years ago we did have a live chat module but got rid of it after just a trial run :salute:

The chatroom used to work for me. But I'm having the exact same issues lately.
Try again in (quite) some time and it might get fixed...

chatroom ate up a big chunk of our already stretched resources for very little gain which is why we axed our local setup.

I haven't paid much attention to what tapatalk does for a long time.
The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.

In my opinion... yes...

I had the full paid for app which worked perfectly and was ad free and (without warning) they replaced it with the free version with ads that didn't work properly... so I lost the app and my money. This was a few years ago mind.
