Bonus day 10 pic:




I like that the patina doesn’t instantly appear when you cut fruit with these like it does with Case. Don’t get me wrong, I like a good patina, but I feel like I didn’t work for it if I cut one apple and the blade is already dark grey.

So far, I have been extremely impressed with this knife. After I got a good edge on it, it just glides through everything and has not even needed a touchup yet. The stag handles are still beautiful to me. I actually like the backside better that the front I think. Either way, I am glad that there is a contrast between the two sides.

Did little with it today.  My Rebar got more of a work out unscrewing floorboards, adjusting my coffee grinder and cutting a few holes in some plywood.  Not much call for a knife.
