This is a bummer. I wonder if another spring from a juice would be an option? You'd have to drill out the pin and then replace it but you'd have your Juice Pro still

I am in the same dilemma with my juice pro. But it's the corkscrew backspring on mine and I believe that spring is different to the other backsprings in that the pin actually goes through both ends of the spring. So definitely no way to repair without drilling and disassembling. It would be such a shame to send them in only to get wave or skeletool as a replacement. I'd be interested to know what leatherman will actually do with broken juices now that they have been discontinued. To think they probably have a pile of broken pro's somewhere just doesn't seem right. 🙈

Maybe even offer a solution to the problem.
I've got a more than 50 year old SAK (and might I add, a model that hasn't been made in 40 or more years) currently in repair at Vic's US office in Connecticut. Why can't Leatherman repair, as opposed to replace their retired models? You'd think they would have stockpiled the older, heavily damaged ones for parts (much like I do), but I guess they just got tossed by warranty when it's determined it will need to be replaced with a current model.
+1 Thanks again Sam for the helpful tips... On another note, never realized there was a Red Juice S2...
A member popped up on my email to ask regarding how to remove the spring from a LM Juice without drilling out the rivet. Sorry I do not recognize your email name.... Anyway, I would like to post it up here since I am making the video.Disclaimer.... There's always the risk of snapping the spring bar whether you are careful or not. This is for self repair purpose. Sending to LM for warranty will be the first choice, if that's possible. Here goes. Let me know if you have other ways. It main idea is to depress the bar beyond the frame so you can tap it out.

Wow THANK YOU SAM!!!I've been buying cheap KF4s on the 'bay and two of them have broken springs, which annoyed me, but not enough to send back for refund. Really glad I can fix them without drilling. You rock
