A leather sleeve would be a nice touch So it can be carried or stored
Airsoft?
Not my type of tool.I do wonder...Survival tool? Why would you need tiny wrenches or a bit in a survival situation?Wouldn't you be better off with just a fixed blade or hatchet?I like the creativity... but just can't see what sets this tool apart from others.
I'll just grab my coat before this escalates.
Still, this is a survival oriented tool, and I think we need to take that into consideration as well. If it gets me out of a dangerous situation alive, I am willing to risk a few scratches to do what needs to be done. I think if this were an EDC oriented tool, then yes, I may be a bit more concerned about cutting open my hands every time I tried opening a bottle or tightening a screw.
So I'd need a dinner plate sized tool instead of a SAK?Again, I like the thinking and engineering, but for the money you can get a brand new Huntsman.Ok, no wenches... but you won't be opening up car parts with these either.Anyway, I understand there are people who really like this design and I respect that. I, myself, just can't see any advantages of this tool...
Btw, does anyone know what steel they use?Sent fra min FRD-L09 via Tapatalk
I noticed the bit is what makes the tool thicker. I wonder if it can be replaced by a flat bit, like LM bits. If you like the idea and it works, no need for royalties. Just send me one, so I can test it myself.
