I only have the blunt nose version of the MP600, but was wondering what the Centerdrive pliers are like by comparison?  thanks.........

I don't have either of those tools, but i'm sure that someone will come along to answer soon.  :tu:

All hail the hook!

I have both and they're both good for different applications. I like the bluntnose pliers more for holding things steady, like wide grill grates and so on, the jaws are wider and give you a more stable grip overall. The teeth inside the pliers are larger and can grab much larger bolts and whatnot.

The CD pliers have a finer tip, which means better reach and better precision. I use these to get at things the bluntnose can't. I will say that the MP600 feels like a more stout tool, it feels **** near unbreakable. But the CD is still a very tough tool. I'm glad I have both!
