Thanks - yup, one of these plastic cable liners for metallic housings was the right size cut in half. Better and tighter than the botched professional job that we commissioned in the first place. The expert had seemingly decided that there was no need to test the washer he'd put in crooked  :o ::) :rant: :dunno:

I was mainly referring to the difference in the location of the shield, but you nailed it. Top is a slightly older original spirit, now called the XC I guess. The bottom is a little newer spirit X. Both still have the engraved shield on the plier head.

Thanks for the comments on Last nights pic.  There's been a ton of great uses and photos during this last 12 days.  It's hard to belive we are almost half way already.
Today we actualy got to do some field work. 
Checking out some ground accent lighting.

Received this Buck 110 Slim yesterday. Kept them both in the same pocket and couldn’t really tell they both were there. The spirit is really a perfect size for pocket edc. This buck slim is just awesome by the way.

Thanks - yup, one of these plastic cable liners for metallic housings was the right size cut in half. Better and tighter than the botched professional job that we commissioned in the first place.
