Other than the awl replaced with scissors and the “old style” pliers, what else is different about it?

My guess TTC bought lots of Waves and Rebars to get replaceable cutters on the Wave  (before the Wave+ arrived).  Which would also explain why they would swap out the scissors for an awl.

Leaving them with Rebars with non-replaceable cutters and scissors ...

Just to be clear, I'm not saying this isn't a nice tool, in fact, I kinda like it.  I see it as a modern version of the PSTII.

The replaceable cutters have pros and cons in my opinion.

These TTC Rebars have been discussed before and the same conclusion that TG just shared was made on these forums back then.

I would also have the same idea. But.. Have u seen any waves/charge series churned out by them that carries the rebar pliers and awls? Not me definitely.. Not aware they selling such modded items. I wonder what they did with the parts..
