Who am I arresting? You need to point me roughly in the right direction. Also, how much collateral damage is acceptable, I've been going with a lot, but you never know?

Just arrest whoever it feels right to arrest Fuzzy. Go with your gut - you have a natural talent for arresting people. Use extreme prejudice and if anyone 'falls down the stairs', well we diin't see nuffink did we?
