Wouldn't hurt to try and tighten it up if you have the tools to do it.
I was looking at the driver bits from Leatherman, and there are about 40 screw driver bits in there, but there was none that fits to tighten? I think it is Star shaped screw, but it also has horn shaped thing is in the middle of the Star shaped screw.I think I have the star shaped driver bits, but it won't work with tightening the LM main blade due to this feature in the LM screw?Where could I get the bits? And what do they get called?

They are called security torx bits and you will need to buy 2 of them to tighten...Its just a normal Torx head with a hole in the centre

I thought I had most of them from my Makita screw driver bit kit. But even in there, they aren't there. So I must buy the security bit set - more expenditure. Thanks for your info.
No.10 security torx bits
My experience with security bits is they can strip easily if you buy cheap🤕

Welcome Have a look at this thread btw, its old but may help: I am not sure if this link will work , but its in the mod squad section: A way around 5 point security Torx? This might work.https://forum.multitool.org/index.php?topic=6472.0#avvy_extra115393
I bought a security torx screwdriver, saves buying two security bit sets.
I mean I use the torx screwdriver on one side and a torx bit on the other. The torx screwdriver was less expensive than buying a second security bit set for just one torx bit.
I just bought a couple of sets like these knowing I'd either lose some or break some. Surprisingly good for something so cheap.https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dimart-Shank-Magnetic-Security-Screwdriver/dp/B00QLHQB22/ref=pd_day0_hl_60_11?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00QLHQB22&pd_rd_r=93dc442a-c223-11e8-adce-f96d98d51277&pd_rd_w=tpFdD&pd_rd_wg=HF76P&pf_rd_i=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_p=f6359d5f-11a6-4577-a43b-58b9bb222f57&pf_rd_r=WGNTTTG85VZS73YK2FFS&pf_rd_s=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_t=40701&psc=1&refRID=WGNTTTG85VZS73YK2FFS
