Kershaw customer service - negativ feedback

I asked via email when two knives were produced (different stamps on the blades show different production periods). I sent them the stampcodes and asked them when the knives were produced.

I had another question about the A100.

Unfortunately, I only received general answers that didn't answer my question.

I expect more from a company with such a tradition...

I'd give them time, I asked about the availability of a set of screws for the OD2, I never got a reply. I did however get the screws free of charge 4 weeks later.

It's just my opinion, but I think making a post titled Negative Feedback seems a bit harsh in these circumstances.   ???

It's not like they refused to fix a faulty knife or anything.  They genuinely may not know - lots of places don't have much "corporate memory" left due to staff cutbacks and turnover.

With respect, I think you're being a teeny-weeny bit unfair CeHo. If it's a speSmurfpillsed question you asked, maybe the person/people most qualified to answer it was busy? Maybe they're all busy at the moment... trying to keep a company running? I'd give them another chance before righting them off... and don't get arsey (I'm not saying you are) in any future correspondence with them, that won't get you anywhere.

Maybe it's hard and relentless, but a negative experience it is definitely and I think I can say that here.
