Out of those, I would have a hard time keeping that lovely ribbed Cadet II out of my pocket...  'Ya done good.  ;)

:tu:  Its a great SAK.  The Cadet in general is a great SAK.  Come on Vic, bring back the 84mm scissors and put them in the Cadet.

I usually go with the Cadet for formal wear.

Do you have a certain color you like?

Victorinox Director.  A fancy Executive that puts most of the "gentleman's folders" to shame with its functionality.  Add in the Leatherman Mini Tool for pliers if needed.  Wenger did make the Pocket Tool Chest with stainless scales, but they're tough to source.

Instead of slacks, I wear a pair of Columbia hiker's pants in tan, which has a second right "hidden" pocket. That usually holds my phone, keys and Mini Tool.

Some nice suggestions here. I would pick a single blade with natural materials like wood, bone, or horn. A bit more sophisticated then a SAK or a tactical folder. Maybe something Italian.

Seems like silver goes with everything but I sometimes carry a blue, copper, or red... The Copper is especially classy IMO

Some really nice knives here Gents - And of course we are talking gents here - Not that the fairer sex cannot carry a 'Gentleman's Folder' .

For me it's usually the Compact - Not a gentlemen's folder as such - But perfect for a posh night out / dinner

It's slim, you have your blade
- But also the ever useful scissors, a corkscrew to open that elusive bottle of wine, the tp for that bit of steak that gets stuck, and a pen to note down a phone number or note to self !

SAKS always win   (......... IMHO   ;)   )
