Simple game.  :)
One person says the name of a movie, tv show, etc, and everyone has to agree on its most famous line. 
Example: I say Citizen Kane, and someone else says ‘Rosebud’. Then you agree or not agree that is the most famous line. If you don’t agree that it’s the most famous line, you have to suggest another line.

Yes to the Kansas line, or "I'll get you and your little dog, too!" Over the Rainbow is a song, not a line spoken per se. The one about people without brains talking, while excellent, is not an iconic line, unfortunately.

I would say that it was a tie between Get away from her you bitch! and Nuke it from space, it's the only way to be sure. However, it's game over man, is my favourite line. What a fantastic movie...  Sigourney Weaver... best heroine of the eighties.
