Stag has always been one of my favorite handle materials. I tend to favor old stag rather than the newer style but like them all.
Here are a few from my accumulation:
First pic is of two George Wostenholm Celebrated Cutlery knives from about 1870 to 1890.
Second pic is from the top:George Woodhead(1860's);center:Samuel Robinson (same era) bottom:Replaced blade on huge folder.
Third pic is:Top;Charles Congreve quill knife circa 1830's;center:Empire Winsted CT equal end jack with purse;bottom:unmakred miniature pruning knife.
Fourth pic. Vom Cleff Germany lobster pen with locking master blade.To close push down on manicure blade to release.

And a few more newer ones;these are a bit different.
Fist pic is a cigar cutter/box opener by J.A.Henckels in the original box.
Second is a very large Italian stiletto.
Third is a custom made bolo tie knife and stag sheath by Jim Turecek of Derby CT. Note that the scale of the stag matches the size of the knife perfectly.
Fourth is another bolo tie with a tiny stag handled knife mounted on a piece of crown stag.

Having just sold a stag scaled slippie, all I have left with stag handles right now is a Muela Jabali. However, I do have a bit of stag which will be adorning a Swiss knife mod at some point in the future.

Randall Model 21 Little Game.

This knife has a 3 1/4" stainless steel blade,brass hilt and butt cap and a nice piece of India Sambar Stag for its handle.
