Why is that book so expensive in the UK.

I had a look round thinking that the set with the signed soldier looked a bit tasty and all I could find was the book by itself and folk asking £40 for it!

Well a reprint was due in May 2007 but it hasn't materialised yet

, my guess is all this knife paranoia has scared the publishers into canning it

It seems you can still get it for sensible money in the US. Still can't find the set with the signed soldier though. Not from anyone with reasonable shipping anyway.
