Seriously, I don't even see the point. It's just various laser-engraved patterns on the standard SS and BO Wave Plus. Nothing really custom as offered through the custom shops of Buck and Benchmade. No custom tool choices or even color choices (simply being able to have the frame colored in my choice of all the available are Cerakote options would be nice as well as choice of SS or BO for the tools would be nice) are offered. Heck, they won't even let me choose a combo of SS frame and BO tools, or BO frame and SS tools which was offered as limited edition models recently.

However, even with the as much as $30 premium, there's some patterns and logos on them that look quite cool. So I might just have one done.

Especially the American flag motif on a BO tool.

Seems like they would have allowed tool choices. I agree that some patterns are nice but I won’t buy one unless it has tool choices.

I had anticipated that Leatherman would allow tool choice.That would truly be considered a Custom.

Just providing patterns on handle and blade,not so much.

Looks like it, not in the UK Shop.  They are only just advertising the coyote tan tools.

Looks nice but I rather see them offer a super high polish option and a customized your MT option like pick what tools you want etc obviously it will cost more to do it that way.

TTC started the idea, Leatherman rips the profit.  :hatsoff: I rather see blade material options, tool interchangeability... than this. Seems like they want to go to the lifestyle direction. Coming up next... Signal in pink.
