It just doesn't feel heavy in hand, which is one of the best things about the 800. The same is true for the OHT (that marko14 posted).

I'm eager to try that theory, as I've got a OHT coming to my mailbox this week
You won't be disappointed,it's one big chunk of steal,if world comes to an end things that would survive LE Surge,Supertool,OHT,cockroaches and Land Rover Defenders. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk

I prefer heavy MTs They can just handle more heavy duty jobs The Surge is my favourite at the moment
Quote from: SteveC on November 03, 2018, 08:27:56 PM (Image removed from quote.)Gotta love some 'Big Iron' multitools. Or as Marko said, Bonecrushers.
Quote from: Wspeed on November 03, 2018, 06:35:12 PMI prefer heavy MTs They can just handle more heavy duty jobs The Surge is my favourite at the moment I have bought many tools, but the Surge remains at the top of the heap for durability, versatility, style, customization and function. I can't really imagine a better rounded multitool. I'd carry one even if it were 16oz. Hear that Leatherman? We want a jumbo Surge! A Surge so big that normal hands will shake in fear.
