I have to admit, I am rather intrigued by that inline awl. It's looking more and more like I'll have to get a PTC and a MC.

So I bought a second-hand Minichamp and cleaned it all up and oiled it. It now sits right next to my Swisschamp in my tool kit. It sure is a hefty little bugger! Before it arrived I thought about swapping it out w/ my Rambler on my keys and use that for a while to field test it, but now I think it would be a bit too bulky on my keys for my taste. And for those in the PTC camp, I haven't ruled out adding one to my collection and doing a head-to-head comparison.
