Ever since it's came out, the Klein Electrician Hybrid MT has been like $40, but I noticed Amazon's currently got for half that, $20. Finally got myself one, as I couldn't justify the $40 price.

Shows $34 for me now as well. $20 would be a steal for that tool. The machining is phenomenal and it would be a very practical electrician's companion. It is worth $34 as a trade-tool or collectable. But, that said, I wouldn't buy it just to "try out" at $34.

I don't need one but I just checked and it was $20.  That seems like a good deal but I don't know anything about the quality of it.

Just in case anyone over here in the EU is considering buying it, be aware amazon charges $ 61.50 for it when delivered to Germany  :facepalm:

Definitely not the worst $20 I have spent on a tool!

But I also have not tried any actual work with it yet either.

I am setting up a bunch of A/V for a Turkey Trot in the morning and I will give it a whirl then and see!

The thing is huge

For anyone that does some wiring I would say they are great :cheers: I try to avoid wiring anything if possible :ahhh Wonder how they would hold up in commercial construction use :think: $20 seems like a great deal on one to me but the $40 not so much :D
