I ordered my Charge on the 18th (Saturday) and it arrived to my friend in Florida the next Thursday. As the Hungarian Post is infamous for getting "clogged" from mid-November, I decided that it's best to avoid the whole holiday package madness and have her forward it to me sometime in January. It's a long wait, but maybe the delivery will be smoother.

Already owning another Charge helps a bit. :) This one was purely an impulse purchase, just too good of a deal to miss.

I own 5 Charges but still can't find the patience...  :facepalm:

What bugs me the most is the fact that the package did a tour round the U. S. and it kept moving each day, but once it entered my home country, which is roughly the size of a handkerchief, it came to a halt.

Bpost site even says it's still abroad, but when you scroll down it says that it is already checked in in Brussels, sigh  ::).

Oh, a question to those of you who already recieved your Charges: does this version of the molle sheath have elastic slots on the sides? I can't figure it out from the pics. It only dawned on me right now that this isn't the new snap sheath, so I have no idea if there's dedicated space for the bit extender.

The Molle sheaths are the only thing I don't like about the BO Charge (and BO Wave/BO Rebar/etc...).

The older Molle sheaths were great, same goes for the Molle XL sheath from the MUT, but the current ones ...  ::)

Anyway, I already have a solution for that ...  :D  (which I will reveal when I get my Charges  :whistle:).

I have one of these cases too.  They are very nice leather cases.  I also don't care for the velcro but I do like the new Leatherman cases that have the snap on them.  Not sure if they hold up or wear easy yet but like the snap part way better!

I would like to find a belt pouch with a clip instead of the loop to carry the Charge Plus in!

I have one of those but without the yellow Leatherman logo/writing on it, instead it has the Charge Shield on the snap button, great quality sheaths for sure  :tu:.

But I've found something even better (in my opinion at least  8)).

I am not a fan of the LM Molle sheaths either.

I have not decided which sheath I will assign the Charge to ride in.

I have one like Steve's, a similar style from the WAVE with elastic on 1 side, and leather wrap.  Or, use a Walmart Ozark formed Nylon sheath like the one my WAVE rides in for my P/T maintenance job.

I am leaning toward the WAVE sheath.

But right now, the BO Charge is in wife's care until assigned for Christmas giving, which for my tribe is set for 12/30 :whistle: :popcorn:
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Well, I learned that the Charge is considerably thicker than the WAVE, so my two Wave cases are out, do have a LM double elastic Leather similar to Steve's that is to large for the Wave, that snaps.  Also, a Velcro Nylon LM case, that may have arrived with the ST300 back when  that should work.

I thought the Charge was same as the WAVE with a cutter on the serrated, but no, it has additional bushings, and the handles with aluminum slabs, increase width. :oops: :whistle:

Yep, Charge is a "fat boy" compared to the Wave ...  ::)

I also have one of those one elastic side and leather rap on the other side Wave sheaths, and that one is even for the Wave a tight fit, so no way the Charge will fit in there.  Even the custom made Gohard Wave sheath which I won here won't take the Charge when using the lowest snapbutton, and when you use the upper snapbutton it's too large ... (just to be very clear, that Gohard sheath is BY FAR the best sheath I've ever owned, and it's just perfect for the Wave, fits like a glove ...  :tu:).

Charge sheaths are not as easy found ... but I've got something nice for my BO Charge(s), once they arrive that is  ::).

But, today there was some movement in the tracking on the Bpost site, so maybe the Belgian postal services are finally getting on with it ... fingers crossed  :dwts:.

:ahhh

I was so confused for a second. I thought that was a US date format, which would be April 12th. I didn't know they could travel back in time  :ahhh

Then, I realized... :facepalm:

Everything's here  :tu:.

Like said before, the boxes look a bit battered and bruised, it even looks a bit like (very light) waterdamage, but the tools are just fine.

They will need a good rub down, since they are quite oily and the BO coating, well you know ... BO Leatherman Tools ...  ::)
 ;)

Checked them completely and only thing I noticed is that the diamond coated file rubs slightly against the ALU scale on one of them, but again ... you know ... Leatherman Charge ...  ::)
 ;)

Uploading some quick pics I made with the smartphone right now.

So, how much did they cost me in the end ... ?

$ 70 a piece  =  $ 140
shipping cost =  $ 35
---------------------------------
total              = $ 175    = 154 €
customs/import taxes    =  54 €
-----------------------------------------------
total                             =  208 € for two Leatherman Charge + in BO, which makes 104 € a piece.

Knowing that the BO Charge + isn't available over here at the moment, I'll take the price of the previous Charge AL in BO, which costs around 239 € over here, and I got two for 208 €.

Conclusion:  AWESOME DEAL !!!  :woohoo:

Thank you Steve for starting this topic, and a big thank you to gustophersmob for making this happen  :hatsoff:.
