Vic 4 layer with 4 back tools?

When i really cannot find something I go to the experts. I want to bid on this item and I do not know what it is! Four back tools and not one is a hook! The seller says it is a 4 layer.
Please help!

That was part of a set, before Victorinox released their multi-tools.

Thank you ReamerPunch. It is a pity its only the knife that is available. I think if I can get it for the equivalent of 30 dollars US it will be fine!  :tu:
