Sounds interesting
Where will the awl and in-line Philips go? Interesting.

Has anyone modded SAK so that it contains Inline awl and Phillips, Scissors, big and small blade and last but not least hook

Large blade/awl or large blade/small blade should be just fine. Philips/awl or philips/small blade may be trickier because of the length of the tools. A shortened mall blade might fit opposite the philips, but the back spring has a bump on it that may get in the way.
Just those tools? that sounds like a nice compact SAK with a lot of utility
If you can do without the hook then an alox knife might work:1) Large blade/marlinspike2) Scissors3) Philips/e-blade/awl in one dual spring layer
weirdo.
