I've bought three of them so far.
I've got a little 2-1/2 inch telescoping pen that carries nicely down the side of the pouch. Quite usable once extended. Designed to suspend around the neck...cap is magnetic.

Great idea, Those smaller bits are great for precision stuff. Will you just twiddle the holder with the bit, or will you put the new holder into a bit extender and use on a MT? Maybe an idea is to have one adapter for these smaller bits fabricated that slips over the Phillips?
...That's where that Stanley pen comes in. Those are normal sized bits if I'm correct.

Yes that does look normal. Here’s a comparison of the small 4mm and normal 0.25 inch bits next to the adapter.
Nice pen. I prefer blue ink myself vs black ink.

Paul C. Fisher and his company, the Fisher Pen Company, reportedly invested $1 million [AKA a metric smurfload in 2018 money?] to create what is now commonly known as the space pen. None of this investment money came from NASA's coffers
The AP later noted that both NASA and the Soviet space agency received the same 40 percent discount for buying their pens in bulk. They both paid $2.39 [or about $20 in 2018 money] per pen instead of $3.98.
