Haven’t noticed the 58mm one before. Pretty cool detail on those.

Great emblem!  Unfortunately it is not owned by Victorinox but by the Switzerland Cheese Association.

Interesting - not seen those before! Thanks for sharing.  :like: :like: It’s a shame that the Swiss Cheese Marketing Board won’t sell their special edition Victorinox knives outside of Switzerland.....

Interesting. I don't think the drawings on that leaflet are 100% correct though

Ah, I see what you mean - the bottom of the crossbow stock goes in the opposite direction - I’d not noticed till you pointed it out!

Wow, well spotted Henry! The crossbow on the blue background is indeed mirrored! So technically the ® next to it shouldn't be there

But what I actually meant: the drawings do not resemble the actual SAKs in jnoxyd's photo. The 58mm is OK I think, but the middle one ("Officer's knife") looks like a Spartan? And the Sportsman looks like a Fisherman Plus (136fau? With added wood saw?).

:dunno:

Maybe jnoxyd can tell us what the exact models in the picture are :)

Ah, with you now, Reinier!  I’m not much good at dating knives, but it would be interesting to learn which models they are compared to the ones on offer in the leaflet. I wonder how long the campaign lasted?  :dunno:

Nice find on the US patent document!

My 136faU are both early ‘69 construction. I don’t have any of the 58mm ‘Bijou’/classic. Can’t find the stainless inlay ones at the moment. I think the black one is an 84mm Tinker.

This one is in route as I loved the inlay especially at the cross area.

I believe it is a representation of this:

Nice nickel silver inlay on late 1960s Wenger. I saw different Swiss cities emblem like this one.

Nice one. You don't see any Wengers with metal inlays very often.
