That is an interesting knife and the screws? are neat looking!  :like: :tu:

Indeed it is! The only thing that prevented me from pulling the trigger is the blade thickness... 4mm might be too much, and defeat the purpose of a great slicer!

One of the features that I've come to appreciate with this Ulu is that the knife can be tucked under the wrist or 'palmed' to keep it out of the way when working with the other fingers.

It is very secure here, pressed against the palm and hooked around the meat of the thumb.

With just a turn of the hand, the Ulu is right back is a working grip:

This seems to be a real advantage with this little knife. Especially when doing little bits of busy work, like cutting up chiles.  :D

Bark River has a nice looking Bird & Trout:

(Image removed from quote.)

91mm blade of 154CM.

This shot is from the DLT website, they list it for $150US.
That is a nice looking and the blade is under the 10cm.  :tu:

Thanks Nix! Will do that for sure!

I like that one a lot, but the price quite steep for me. I don't want to offend anyone, and I do appreciate your help, but I was thinking 50 bucks max.
I'll search the interwebs for B&T knives.
Let us know when you find one!

For something that looks like a clumbsy chunk of steel, that fixie has proven to be a really versatile blade!! Simply amazing  :like: :like: :tu:

It has been a good little knife.

I haven't tested all it's abilities. Hopefully in the next few weeks, I'll do a little more with it.   :tu:

I can imagine, you're probably already have a couple of different reasons to try to justify the need for it....

That would make a great EDC.....

:iagree: That's my idea. Mostly a dedicated food preping blade, thatcan also perform other tasks if necessary!

Let us know when you find one!

Of course!
