The Mora Eldris is a decent size and wonderful for neck carry.

:salute:  The handle can be place onto the knifes handle to extend the grip.  I recently found this out which is a neat feature.  The knife is my partners and she loves it.  So light she can carry it rather easily without fuss.

That's a great idea!  I've really enjoyed carrying the Mora.  I might pick up one of those and give it a try.

I find a good size fixed blade for day to day carry is 3-4 inches.  Thats the sweet spot for me.  I carry larger ones for tasks I need a bit more blade.  Day to day tho, the 3-4 inches is perfect, plus or minus a little but not much.

I ordered a custom "puukko" from a small maker, back in 2017.

Word on the street is that I might have it in my hands by September........... :dunno:

If so, I'll most likely try using that for a 30-day challenge. Otherwise.......I've got options..... :D

probably over a dozen of 'em. knowing you, you could change the knife daily and not use the same one for the entire month

True he probably could, but he does like to stick with one knife for a challenge  :tu:
I will probably go with a different knife myself...I have already done the Triathlete and a new handle wouldn’t be that big of a difference in blade usage. Now this one is very interesting and I have always wanted a neck knife like this style. Koke posted this one on a different thread, and thanks for bringing it to my attention!

That one looks lovely.
Let me trow a couple more into the mix.
Enzo Necker 70 (this one I would like to have) - blade 70mm it exists in both full flat and scandi grinds / steel is Sandvik 12C27
Nieto Yesca Mini (I own one of these) - blade 75mm full flat grind / steel is 1.4116 stainless
Manly Patriot (I'm also very curious about this one) - blade 91mm full flat grind / exists in both  D2 and CPM154 steel.
Nieto Chapman EDC - blade 90mm full flat grind / steel is Bohler N695

(And, yes, I like to stick with one knife for a challenge. Makes it more interesting and more of a challenge.   )

I dont normally do challenges. But a second fixie challenge is tempting. Except I plan on being in Colorado on vacation for a week in September.  Where I'll be is a data free zone.    :D
What? Enablers! Are you serrrrious? Where? I dont see any.
