Looked at some new Jura coffee machines today, but they’re pricy (about $1300). And this is their ‘domestic’ model. Guess I’ll keep using my Breville a little longer. Still makes killer coffee.  :tu:

Thought many times I should put Keurig in bedroom  :twak:
I think that is a great idea. And have a tube in the cup, that is attached to the headboard, to drink from. :D

Just before 10am and I'm on my 6th cup of black bitch.......which is tasting mighty fine today

Coarse ground dark roast, french press and hot water......essential to life.

No milk no sugar means you don't even need to clean your cup  :salute:

Yeah. I think the Breville would be the winner, since you already own it. :ahhh

Yup...opened some African Gold beans today (OHT v-cutter worked well on the foil) and made some nice espresso.  :tu:

This is my go to, everyday must have, can't live without coffee. My brother (who lives in Seattle) gave me some as a present over 10 years ago and I have not turned back since. I order it through the mail and it's priced amazingly cheap for how good it is. It also makes me feel good that the company (Bainbridge Ometepe Sister Islands Association) has a great cause and makes sure the farmers get a sustainable wage for their work. If you're interested check out their web page, they have a lot of information on it.
So my all time favorite coffee is definitely "Café Oro de Ometepe" and I love how good it tastes when it's ground with a burr grinder, then just a drip coffee maker. And I like it black with nothing other than a ice cube to cool it sown if I'm in hurry. Although it is definitely better with a french press, I'm spoiled with having the timer on my drip Mr Coffee pot.

Sounds like an interesting coffee for sure. I may order some next week to try out. I'm always up for trying different coffees and preparation methods.

I do love coffee.

As a Sailor, coffee was often a necessity for survival.  It might be burned tar consistency but it was still going to be drank for the caffeine.  Despite that I can still recognize and enjoy a good cup of coffee.  On one of my ships, an officer who worked for me was a coffee connoisseur who brought his own coffee machine and coffee on deployment.  He would sometimes show up to my office in the morning with an extra cup of his coffee for me, especially if he knew I had had a long night.  That coffee was so good and appreciated.  It made the morning more bearable

Now I still enjoy my coffee and am fine with Folgers from a Mr. Coffee.  Although, if I have the time to leisurely enjoy my coffee, I will frequently make some Black Rifle Coffee made in a French Press.

On some more stressful days, some Pecan whiskey or Frangelico mixed in a good cup of coffee is nice too.
