Still Can't Open Spoilers...
on: February 10, 2019, 11:05:02 PM
Using the default theme, whether on Chrome or Safari, I still cant open spoilers  :-\

Is there anything that I can do, use a different browser, or what?

A good way to test would be open a thread that has a spoiler link using an incognito window of your chrome/Firefox,  that should load a completely clean updated version. If it works there, you haven't properly cleared the cache of the javascript file I had to fix.

There is a way to clear specific files/cookies for a single domain, but they don't make it as easy as wiping all cookies and files (which is annoying if you stay logged into many sites as you need to relog back in to all)
The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.

This worked, so I moved on to the next suggestion:

This didn't (unfortunately, and I cleared all multitool.org cookies three times)  ???  and I don't want to clear everything as I do have several other sites that I stay logged onto.  Any suggestions ?

Be sure to clear files related to MTO, cookies are not the issue you're having

That's what I've been doing, cleared everything (cookies and cache) for multitool.org (for the 4th time, SteveC ! )  but is there another site id I should use as well, or what is the offending javascript file I need to delete from my cache ?

this is going to come as a huge surprise, but the spoiler js file is actually called spoiler.js

(I didn't create it, the mod did that, I only modified it to work with newer Jquery)
