Day 4

Upon closer inspection under sun light, I found a little bit of surface rust on Chip Chop, so out come the steel wool and try to take that away.  Chip chop also attended mail duty last night, which had a GEC 29 and Buck Ranger.  Thanks to Nix's encouragement, gotta find time to make good with the Ranger.

Steve!  Most would say something about the use or look of the axe, this probably is the first time someone getting complimented for knife in an axe challenge.   Thank you! :D

Day 5

After driving over 200km to unload some shed stuff from my other house, a quick split was attempted. I'll have to try on a straighter, more seasoned piece because this bit was a Smurf. Then back in the car for the 200km return trip

Solving problems you didn't know you had in the most obscure way possible

"And now, it's time to hand this over to our tame race axe driver. Some say, he can live in the forest for six months at a time without food, and he knows of a secret tribe of only women where he is their God. All we know is, he's call the Styx!" - TazzieRob

Hey, Sheradin!  I might have the same axe!  Is it a wildlife hatchet?

Day 5

Needed some paper to write on, and used the Chip Chop to cut chop up some paper.  I find it pretty amusing to constantly reach for an axe for everything, when I am usually surrounded by knives and other tools.

Chip Chop is keeping good company.      :tu:      :like:
