Day 6

No use today. Bruce rode in the car but we were so busy doing the final packing and cleaning, then driving through the rain, then unpacking before it got dark, Bruce had to chill out in a chair from watching all the action

day 6: getting ready for winter. apparently it is coming

Solving problems you didn't know you had in the most obscure way possible

"And now, it's time to hand this over to our tame race axe driver. Some say, he can live in the forest for six months at a time without food, and he knows of a secret tribe of only women where he is their God. All we know is, he's call the Styx!" - TazzieRob

Wait...what's the moral of the story?  Ye shall have balls of steel?  Or Ye always wear a cup?

Did anyone even notice none of those kids behind filming ever flinched when the axe hitting the crown jewel?  Kids are wild these days...

Just guessing but you are using the regular SOG Tomahawk arent you?
This little one is called the Fasthawk. The head on mine is also a bit smaller too.

Here are a couple randomly Google Images that show both together.
one is from the NRA store and one is from Pinterest
Yes it is! The Tomahawk...that Fasthawk looks great! Looks like it would be easier to handle the food prep and slicing better.  :tu:

Nice work, fellas!

David, the rendezvous looks like fun. There used to be one down in Wyoming that was pretty good, too.

Day 6

Chip Chop No1 helps with the coffee packet, I used to think axe is not too easy to get push cut sharp, but I take that back.  It's almost push-cut sharp on this one now.  I gonna find something more to chop for real soon!

(Image removed from quote.)
You will get it there!
