Well if you're shaving your neck with it there's a potential to quickly paint red over a large area.  ::)

I forgot about these two, no handles on these either, their days of getting swung about are long gone so lets call them stationary axes, welded together for eternity

No use today...and I forgot to toss it in my work bag so there wont be

BUT

I did think snap this as a backup when I was messing around with the woodburner and a 2x4 scrap earlier.
I used to be a lot of things, and someday will again.
But for now I'm just a lost jack of trades with neither mastery nor home. ~NoaIsumi

Fuzzaxe Day 26

Did a bit of tidying this morning in the garden, Fuzzaxe was employed to limb and prune the odd bit here and there. After that we had a bit of a wander...

Day 27

After a morning in town and an afternoon of mowing, I used Bruce to clear some lower limbs from this apple tree. Not the best tool for the job and I don't know what sort of apple it is. It has multiple trunks and the previous owner had placed a tyre at the base but never took it off or put a cut in it so it could be taken off when the tree got big enough. I need to give it a serious prune and probably reduce the number of trunks, or at least get rid of the limbs crossing through the middle and take some height put of it.
Now it's raining

Will it hurt the tree much besides limiting its growth?  I wonder what would be a good way to take it off without any power tools...

Hey, you made rather a smart job of that. Nice work!

Shame about the tire, that'll prove to be a bugger to remove.
