Day27
Another day out and about.
Grabbed another quick sunset pic when I stopped for gas. It would have looked cooler if I had taken the 5 Seconds to take the sheath off...or if I didn't have buildings in the background.
I heard a rumor they're building a whole new shopping center and mall somewhere around here. I think judging by the early construction of secondary buildings and a theater that it's going to be this field
I used to be a lot of things, and someday will again.
But for now I'm just a lost jack of trades with neither mastery nor home. ~NoaIsumi

Day: 27

I was mostly doing small chores around the house. Did get to watch the Patriots win their football game, though.  Lyndax kept her pants on all day.

Yes, that's the veg patch that borders the main garden  - it's a bit of a mess at the moment, but mainly because of the time of year - it looked lovely in June.

The rest of the garden looks not too bad considering its late autumn.

Looks really nice, Fuzzy :tu:

Do you have lots of stone walls around your area?

Thanks W, thanks Ray  :tu:

Hydraulic ram pushes the log into the axe heads, there are two to give it more height so i can split bigger logs with less effort  :tu:

Day 24

That's cool about the hydraulic!  It must be handy especially if firewood is needed in the cold.

And perfect use for the chestnuts!

Nice use and can’t wait to see the scales on the knives!

Day 28b (off-topic)

Oh, almost forgotten to post, I got this scales for the BK24 couple days ago, and really do like them.  The original skeleton knife is a 3-3.5 fingers hold, but it didn't feel very 'solid'.  But with these scales, it fill up the hand better and feel more usable.  The cost a pretty penny compared to knife cost, but at least now I can utilize the knife more.

Lovely looking scales.

Just think of the knife as being a 'custom' and the price of the scales rolled into the whole.  ;)
