For those that don't have it already, you can apply for the Buck 110 User's Badge upon completion of this challenge.  It's a great badge for a great challenge!  We're almost there...

Day 29

Slow day here, but the 110 did help crack open a few reluctant pistachios.

Day 30!  I can't believe a month has gone by!  This has been a great Challenge, with a great all-around knife.  Thanks to everyone for a terrific time and awesome pics.   Once again, I found the 110 to be a very versatile knife, good for everything from the kitchen to the loading docks and ships.  I really didn't find the weight to be an issue.  In the stock belt sheath, I really didn't notice it.  The LT felt like it wasn't even there!

Day 30:

First use of the day... cutting up some bologna n cheese sandwiches to take to work.  Of course, it will get it’s normal use at work. Cutting cardboard and opening the plastic bags the parts come in.

I did remove the pocket clip last night after work. I was mocking up some different set ups I’m thinking about. Not sure which way I’ll go.

Day 30

Final challenge day.  :woohoo:

I'll say that I didn't get to use the Buck 110 a whole lot. This has been a quiet challenge for me. I've been trying to rehab an injured knee, so life has been a bit duller than usual. Nevertheless, the 110 continues to impress me as being a mid-sized knife that can flex enough to fill larger knife tasks and, yet, still be handle easily enough for smaller tasks. Having been a long-time 110 user, I'm not surprised at how easy it is to carry this knife, either in a belt sheath or in a pocket caddy. A spare mag pouch doubles nicely when carrying on a backpack or butt pack.

For those reasons, and probably some others (strong design, easy to use lock, great blade shape) the 110 has stood the test of time, and, I expect, will continue to do so!

Thanks to everyone who participated and made this a fun challenge. It was great to see the various permutations of the 110 in action.

See you guys next April!   :tu:
