Hi friends!

Still doing my research so apologize if this information is readily available.

Are there different variants of the ribbed alox cadets? Like different lengths or tools? Probably not right?

Two different tool sets, originally a small blade, then the current nail file.

I have 2 ribbed Cadets.  One has a clip point small blade and the others small blade is spear point.

I love my older Cadets and Voyageurs with ribbed alox scales, but the truth is that I find the ribbed scales much more slippery than the modern checkered pattern.  For this reason, I never carry my ribbed 84 mm SAKs.  But there is something that's just so pretty about them...
