so I have this super secret mod I am working on
that will complement a knifeless Rebar...but I was really struggling to get it right.
Here is the beginnings.
I started with my sweet Wave mod..then...I messed it up, tore it apart no less!
But its for a good cause, all will be come clear once I have the other tool completed.
I started by trying to match this mod:
But it was a major failure, I couldn't get the philips driver and bit exchanger to work because they kept getting caught on the folded edges of the tool. I therefore opted for a new setup. It took nearly 2 hours of tinkering but eventually got the tool in this setup:
Thin spacer, File, Thin spacer, Scissors, Exchanger, and long flat driver.
I also used the screws from the wave because they are simply better than the ones on the Rebar for ease of removal.
The other side went together quite easily:
Large flat driver, Modified flat driver (turned into chisel), Philips, bottle opener.
and here is the final result!
as a side bonus I discoverd something really cool about this tool setup:
This allows one half of the scissor to become a cutter, in a locked orientation.
