Been outside for a while, enjoying the nice weather and reading a book. Switched my carry to the custom folder with my handmade scales  :hatsoff:

Day 5 7, cut up an old Rocky boot box (to get rid of it) that I quite often used in lieu of a cutting mat, especially for using tape to laminate certain items--i.e. photos.  Got all kinds of residue on it (the tape was around a half-inch layer built up on the top) and my Weekender trying to cut it up.  A utility knife likely would have snapped a blade given how hard the job was. I need to figure out a way to get this nastiness off.

How's the Trapper in the 'Apple Slicing' category?
It is doing really great! I am quite surprised at how well I have found myself adapting to it, ie a traditional knife.  :tu:

Day 7, almost late posting. Not much for knife duties, just cut up a box that a free tank sprayer came in.

Congress has a plan. The day they do something right, they'll tell us about the Alien invasion.

Day 8
Having some tortilla chips, cheese dip, and beer for a snack.  The Girl Scout knife opened the chips and beer.

It's really good to see all the traditional pocket knives being used and appreciated.

Just finished up a pencil carving.
Should have found one of the old yellow ones but I'm scrounging around today.

Love it!!!!!
