Agree.  Pickle juice works well for during sports and workouts.
And for after sports and workout, as a recovery drink, chocolate milk works well.

Pickle juice also goes well with whiskey (pickleback).
Pickleback...the stuff we learn on this forum...I love it!

Today’s work tools...

Buck 110 LT for any cutting and my OG Wave for using the needle nose pliers to grip the tape from the adhesive in the parts I install.

My wife had learned about it, but never tried it.  Then one day she suggested it to me because of the way I like both Irish whiskey and pickles.  It is simply chasing a shot of whiskey with a shot of pickle juice.

I had picked my Rough Rider just because

Thank you Steve and Nix

My birds love Sunflower chips, but with Starlings around I feed safflower and black oil.

The Hummers are restricted to their 4:1 mix.

We have some Starlings around, but they don't bother with the Sunflower chips much. Suet is a different matter....

Now that the photos are up...pulling what little hair I have left...I can tell you the rest of the story, as Paul Harvey would say.
Two or three years ago I was looking at some Ka-Bars and the owner told me about the Dog’s Head. I then found them on the internet and have been looking since. My dad carried a Barlow at work so I knew about them and when the challenge came up I asked my brother if he had it, which he didn’t.

Once the challenge started, the GEC’s caught my attention and then when I hit in Barlow...this one came up and that ended my 2 or 3 year search! The Stag horn’s were a bonus as I have never owned a stag knife period! They are quite unique.

Last one...

Day 9. Carry and no use. The leather 110 sheath is in storage, the black/white nylon one this 110 came with  I couldn't remember where I put it (these days, sheaths are kept in the box with paperwork, but at the time I bought this 110, I didn't do that), so I used the black/blue sheath the Shield came with (which I put back up, since I cleaned and oiled it yesterday. The washing machine had to be fixed (under warranty and by someone who knew what they were doing), and just in case the guy forgot something, I went a bit into overkill with what I carried.

Tomorrow, I'm probably going to go back to the LT, as well as ditching pretty much everything but the Buck, Rebar and Mini Cobras (and/or wear cargo pants). My grandmother's got a doctor's appointment, and since the particular hospital the clinic is a part of has "No Weapons of Any Kind" policy plastered around every door in every facility they own,  I try to make sure there is no MT or knife sheath on my belt; in case I have to go to the restroom while waiting in the car. Personally, I prefer just to drive the extra mile into the town center to use it at Hardee's; though I did have something on my belt once at this clinic, and no one said a thing.

Not much to see at the moment. It must not be moved for a while  :pok:

Hey, Matt.  I thought it was kinda funny you were showing us your sock when we asked about your hand

Sounds like the operation went well, I probably would have passed out seeing those tendons moved if I were you, you are a brave man...heal fast!
