Merit Badges Build your own version of an MRE using off-the-shelf components, post a photo of the completed MRE and store at room temperature for 6 days or more. Well, thats kinda a loaded question...
My first choice is a small fixed blade the size of the ESEE Izula or the Randall Triathlete - the reason is the speed of usefulness. It is right there on my hip and doesn’t have to be opened.
I’m thinking a SAK with the tools that might be used is still preferable as a second choice.
A traditional pocket knife would be my third choice.
That being said...what I will be doing for the day will dictate what goes on also  or left home. So at church, office setting, business meeting, etc - pocket knife for sure.
Out in the woods hiking or exploring, all three will be with me, the fixie, and a SAK, and a pocket knife also - so 3 in total.

And a bonus, Richartz, Solingen with a Moose seeing as there were reference to Mooseseses yesterday, this is not an entrance to the carving competition as i "carved" it with a scroll saw so that would be cheating  :whistle: i couldn't see how to make it 3D with the saw nicely so i will finish it by hand with the knife, well..at least give it eyes and a nose  :tu:
