Vintage Fuzz Day 12

I've been on the hoof all day, didn't even have time to make dinner, so fish suppers (fish n chips) all round it was. Everyone is happy including Mr P my pusscat... and even the neighbours pusscat.  :tu:

Cant go wrong with fish and chips  :tu:

Well the moose carving went well till the leg fell off     2 things learnt, i'm not a carver and mahogany is probably not the best choice of wood to try it with..now where did i put the glue  :D

Oh and btw, i have never seen a moose in my life, i'm kinda winging it here..i think this one will end up looking like a cartoon moose, a three legged one at that

You could use the broken leg and carve Rocky

Holy smurf this thread is growing like wildfire. :o

Great traditionals and pics, y'all!

Day 12:
Carried the Kutmaster Stockman that is missing one blade. The sheepsfoot was broken when I got it(from deceased family member) and made a little box cutting blade out of the nub.

Your moose can join our 3 legged moose, which wound up that way courtesy of a Sheepdog puppy

Anyone interested in a newer Utica Trapper?  Try as I might, I just can't get attached to it.  First one to pm me it's theirs!

As fast as this thread is going is even more important to remember to put The Day # in bold if you would at the top of your post.

Day 13

GEC Dixie Stockman with my trusted SAK mountaineer.  I find this stockman interesting for its larger size at 4"+ serpentine handle, and there is no half stop for all the blades.  But the slim profile does fit into pocket very easily.
