It is worth having one in any traditional collection. Quite an odd design for sure. Personally, I differentiate between the Toenail and Sunfish by calling the symmetrical handles a Toenail(short for Elephant's Toenail) and the tapered asymmetrical handles a Sunfish. :dunno:
