It's a Ranger. The main blade is etched "Ranger Ultra Honed" but that doesn't want to show up in the pictures. It's big at 4" closed. I never heard of the company before I bought the knife. Anybody knows anything about them I'd love to hear it.

The Ranger's were made by the Colonial Knife Co.. Nice knife.  :tu:   Here's a pic of a couple Rangers. Barlow & Stockman.
