Day: 20

Bit of a busy day here. I'm taking a bow hunting class here shortly and don't expect to be able to get any use shots today. The Sodbuster did get used to open a parcel from India today (kadhai), taped up like an Egyptian mummy, but I forgot to take an action shot.....

Little glamor shot to get me through the day:

Day 20:

Helping out with some TLC of an older Helle I recently got from my dad It has been badly ground on a benchgrinder so the edge is not pretty, but it shaves now so all is good And had to sand down the back of the blade as someone has beaten it with a hammer or something sometime

I agree, suspecting it maybe the result of the number posts being contributed to this thread, multiplied by the number of members participating in the challenged, squared by the excellent pictures, plus the quality of knives being photographed. Then factor the HOURS that is required to read all the new entries each day, then the restless sleep while dreaming about your NEXT traditional, and then calculating how to raise funds to make and purchase minus the methods to keep that purchase concealed from the better half.

Yep, it feels like a slow, slow 20 days.

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Still recovering from my bout of food poisoning and the heat outside is keeping me in, but the wife had to have her new Hoover machine put together.  Geppetto got to open the box...

Not necessarily for the traditional thread, but I had to break out my Deluxe Tinker to put the darn thing together.
