Day 23
The missus figured I'm getting cranky a bit being home and not able to do much one-handed.
It was great to stretch the legs although the weather wasn't that great... we didn't care and enjoyed the day outdoors.

Svörd Peasant mini joined for company...
Well I tell you...if I were cranky, that spot would cure me in a heart beat! That is a very nice view!  :like:

This has been a rough challenge for me. The traditional knife world is just not for me.

I haven’t even seen too many of the different brands/styles that I would be interested in.

I miss my SAKs. I miss my Boker. I miss my Leathermans.

It has, though, given me a great appreciation for those that can carry a simple traditional knife and be happy.  I just can’t do it.

Doing the August Explorer challenge.  Will be a relief. Haha

Day 23 - 3 Electricians, all different manufacturers.
Top is a Colonial, with extremely tight back springs.
Middle is a Klein & Son’s I bought when college for working my wire boards.
Bottom is marked CAMCO and other side 229 is stamped on the tang.
Tried carry this morning off the Klein but had no use.

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Why are you depriving yourself of your Leathermans. You are allowed to carry and use a Multitool during this challenge just not use the knife on it but instead use your traditional for cutting tasks .

That's how I've rolled for all my challenges to date,
This one has been different though, started off strange but now I've gotten used to the old way before SAKs, don't get me wrong, on July 31 a SAK that has become special to me will be back in my pocket (that's a story for the SAK forum you'll have to wait) but the Grohmann will be with me too
