Sorry I’ve been absent the last few days, Saturday was spent pretty much sleeping since I felt a bit sick for some reason. Oh, I did get a package in the mail, so of course that had to be opened. Sunday I used it as a gent’s knife carry but no use. Monday til today has been same use opening parts baggies. I’ve been using it to cut up oranges and I think that OJ patina is coming along nicely. I bought a box of Topo Chico’s and I got to use the bottle opener today! Works great but my coworkers were afraid I’d slice my finger because of where the bottle opener is placed on the blade. I’d like to report no missing digits. (Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)

Gotta love a Moose!

Nah...just taken in front of a computer screen.  But next time when I see a moose, I'd be sure I pull my Bull Moose out for a snap! :salute:

Day 24. Vet trip was a pain in the rear. They didn't have any tags (meaning a trip to the courthouse), and we can no longer get a one-year supply of the dog's dewormer/heartworm/anti tick combo pill. Supposedly whatever was in it was being used to make illegal drugs, so they restricted it.

I think I know now... Who else could it be? Is it Nix´s great hero, Chuck Yeager, with his small knife, the Executive?

I love that guess!  I don't know if General Yeager was much of a whittler, but he sure seems to know how to use a knife.

Sadly......NO....he's not the person.  :-\

Day 25.

Follow on from last nights fire making. The knife that could and the knife that couldn't. Not easily. Good to know the limitations of your gear.

My fault incidentally, the Buck came with a thick main blade. I had it thinned all the way down to make a slicer.

Exactly!  My guys are Milk Bones addicts
Day 24
Used the Utica Trapper to trim my dogs treat.
(Image removed from quote.)
A 6in bully usually gets chewed on over few days.  So I put it away overnight, then if I trim just a little off the chewed end, he gets all excited over his “new” treat.

Yes, he is spoiled.  But why have a dog if your not going to spoil it?

It was just to trim off the unwanted parts of the treat.

You kidding, he was neutered over four years ago and still acts like he has the biggest set around.  He doesn’t care what type of dog or how big.  And he still goes after a female husky and pit mix that over twice his size.

Ooooh puppies!  :dd: ... Oh, wait...
