SMKW's had 100 of the made during the 2017 run of 66's. The covers are dark chestnut w/peach seed jigging. Not quite like the old Schrade Cut Co or Schrade Walden era peach seed but still nice.      :)

I really like the 55. The only reason I've not got one myself is that I haven't been able to justify the same price for half the knife. But then again, the main cost is labor. While only disallowed on certain college campuses around here, I would like something built like the Buck, but as a more reasonable size. But I can get a Schrade USA LB-5 (same idea, based on their LB-7; which was Schrade's response to the 110) for less money; and it's just as good.

Day 28. Took Sunday easy (as I always intend to, but it rarely works out). Opened some feed sacks for the sheep with the Shield.   The only other real work was changing the bedsheets and cleaning out my sock drawer.
