Just wanted to share a couple pics from close to the Florida resort I'm vacationing in.
There are a lot of pelicans around this season, many more than we've seen two years ago around the same time of the year.
So many in fact that convenient landing spots are few and far between, and have to be shared evenly between the fraternity of local avian fauna - see pic 1. This was taken yesterday.
Today, there is a difference, see pic 2 taken from about the same spot and at a similar angle and zoom level.
I swear, no photoshopping!
In related news, someone busted the mainsail on the 16ft Hobie so that is out of commission until further notice
