Any chance to add a belt loop dangler to it?

(Image removed from quote.)
Day 4
That's a good idea, but in this case the belt / boot clip is so low on the sheath that I think if I added a dangler the knife would end up wanting to hang upside down.

So a custom sheath or find a cheaper sheath that would fit?

Day 04

Nice day exploring the Canadian Rockies. Some seriously impressive mountains.

Perfect weather to hike.

My photos don’t come close to doing these mountains justice.

Day 5

Frédéric Maschio custom Puukko, got it at Courty et Fils, a local knife store in Paris while visiting France.  Love the simplicity of it, and a ergonomic handle.

Is the balance point of the knife really back towards the pommel?  If it is somewhere closer to the guard, given the weight of the sheath and the blade weight, I think it should might still be able to keep it upright when using a dangler.    I have a few knives that is setup like yours with kydex sheath, and it is rather difficult to carry them comfortably, when it is constantly press against the ribs.

What tools do you need for making the handle?  From the side, it looks like a full tang contruction?  Good luck with that!
