Actually quite easy.
1 1/2 cup broth from roast
1 tbls unsalted butter
1/4 cup minced apple
8 oz Red's apple ale split 4oz and 4oz
1/8 teaspoon cyanne  if desired
1/4 teaspoon season salt  (adjust to taste)
1 tbls corn starch mixed with 4oz of cool not cold ale.

heat broth, butter and apples to a boil add cyanne, 4oz ale.  Resume boil add season salt allow foam to go away..  Stir in ale/starch mixture and simmer to desired thickness.  Will thicken more as it cools.

Day 12. Handed my grandmother the pen to write a check. I'd misplaced my Space Pen (on my desk; as I'd learn when I got home), and the cashier didn't have one. The cashier was quite surprised that my knife had a pen in it.

Also, opened some new additions to my diecast collection with the scissors, and a new rear wiper with the blade; which was also used to open a Gerber MP600ST from warranty (brand spankin' new tool too!) and even more diecast additions in the mail.

Day 13: Some more Mag glass fun with the older model.  It has those wonderful solid scales and a very plain set of backsprings, with nothing but an eyeless awl.

Explorer helps open a creamer for coffee in office, total overkill, just finding a chance to use my awl in a total Urban environment is not easy.

Day 12

Even though most normal people (in my time zone) are probably still sleeping or drinking morning coffee, I haven’t gone to bed yet so how about a beer

Probably better than milk... :D

Day: 12

Used the small blade to open some mail and clip some string, but didn't get a snap at the time. So it's some kind of attempt at an art shot for me today. I have no idea why that rock was left on that stone coaster....I'm just going with it.....

Tastefully done, great job!  :like:

Explorer helped cut some cake...
