Return of a confiscated Leatherman Squirt S4

Hello
sometimes I buy those job lots of Micras on  fleabay and you do get a mixed bag of stuff. Most of them can be fixed or used for spares .
One of the last lots I bought had a Squirt S4 that is in pretty good condition apart from the tweezers. It is however engraved and it belonged to somebody
who had completed their basic combat training at Forth Jackson military base. As you can see from the pic this person is K McCutcheon.

I think this may have been an airport confiscation . Anyway my good deed /random act of kindness for the day would be to return this S4 to the  hardworking KM.
I have emailed Fort J using email addresses I find on the interweb and have tried the dreadful facebook but with not much luck .

Is there any fine member of the forum who has any suggestions or contacts at Fort J or the military that could help get this LM back.

There is no money required or payback needed.

I had my Squirt confiscated by the Secret Service at a Trump rally when he was on the campaign trail. I’m still ticked.
